Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through our contact form, including your name, email address, company name, and any message content you submit. We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard server logs.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries and to communicate with you about potential projects or services. If you join a launch updates list, we also use your email address to tell you about that launch, as described below. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via Resend; we do not copy them into a separate database of our own. If you join a launch updates list, your email address and your subscription status are stored as a contact in Resend until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete them. We retain email correspondence for up to 2 years for business record purposes.

Launch Updates List

If you sign up for launch updates for one of our products, such as Stop the Slime, we first send one email asking you to confirm. You are added to the list only after you open that email and choose “Yes, add me”. We then store your email address and the list you joined in Resend (resend.com), and use it only to email you about that launch. Every launch email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. To have your address deleted entirely, email hello@xappytech.com.

Cookies

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google sets cookies for this. We don’t use the data to identify you personally. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Third-Party Services

Resend (resend.com) delivers contact form submissions to our inbox, sends our emails to you, and stores the contacts on our launch updates lists (email address and subscription status).

Vercel (vercel.com) hosts this website and processes standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Google (Google Analytics) processes the usage data its cookies collect: pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

WhatsApp (Meta): when you submit a form, a copy of your name, email, message and any details you gave (device, budget) is sent as an alert to our WhatsApp business account so we can respond quickly.

Each provider’s own privacy policy governs how it handles this data.
