A typical project
A team spends the first hour of every day reading email and copying details into a system. We connect the inbox to an AI step that sorts each message, drafts a reply and extracts the data, then shows it to a person for one click of approval. The AI never sends anything on its own. Accuracy is measured against real messages before launch, and you see the numbers.

Scope in writing
Before we build anything, we write down what the software will do, what it won’t, and what it will cost. You agree to that document, and any change to it is agreed in writing too.
Build
We build in small pieces you can see working, on a staging site you can log into. You get a short written update at least once a week, including anything that has slipped.
Test against real edge cases
We test with your real data and the awkward cases your team already knows about: the duplicate customer, the half-refunded order, the form filled in on a phone. Anything that fails is fixed before we ask you to sign off.
Hand over with documentation
You get the code, the accounts and the passwords, all in your name, with written notes on how it works and how to change it. If you want us to keep running it, we will; if not, anyone can pick it up from the notes.
