Terms of service for Stop the Slime

Not legal advice for you; this is how we handle your data and your use of the game.
These terms are between you and XappyTech Inc. (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing Stop the Slime you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t play.
Who can play
You must be 13 or older, or the age of digital consent where you live. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its content, or use cheats, bots or exploits.
Your account
Progress is saved to a player ID linked to your Google Play Games, Game Center or Steam account. Keep that account secure; you’re responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or that cheat.
Purchases and virtual items
The game offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Apple, Google or Steam under their terms, and refunds follow their policies. Virtual items and currency have no real-world value, can’t be transferred or cashed out, and may change or be removed when we update the game. Prices may vary by region.
Ads
The free version includes ads from third-party providers. See the privacy policy for what they collect.
Our content
The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to XappyTech Inc. You may share screenshots and videos of the game, including monetised videos, as long as you don’t claim the game is yours.
Availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We’ll give notice where we reasonably can.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and we’re not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost virtual items beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under local consumer law.
Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We can end your licence if you break these terms.
Governing law
Ontario, Canada, for anything not covered by your local consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date will change and, for significant changes, the game will tell you on next launch.
